What is the booking and cancellation policy for Made a Napoli's catering service?A: At Made a Napoli, we understand that plans can change. To book our catering service, we require a 50% deposit upon agreement of the catering proposal. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We kindly ask for a minimum of 14 days' notice for any cancellations to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event will result in a 50% refund of the deposit, while cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. We strive to be flexible and accommodating while also respecting the time and effort put into planning our catering services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking and cancellation policy.
